I have lived in Lagos for almost all of my life. Lagos is one of the most populated cities in Africa and yet struggles with the lack of many quality basic amenities of life. Growing up in this lovely megacity, I have come to become very disturbed at the condition of the building and construction industry, especially. I have witnessed firsthand the pain and disservice that the burden of dishonest, incompetent, and heavily-demanding building and construction contractors have placed on Lagos residents and the surrounding states in Nigeria as a whole.

The use of substandard materials, poorly skilled professionals, and poor execution of building and construction projects has made the stories of collapsed buildings and failing civil structures fill the news. It now seems like no one in the construction sector can be trusted to use the best of materials, highly skilled workforce, and deliver with excellence if they are not under strict cut-throat supervisor and monitoring. I thought this isn’t good enough –for the project owner and the contractor. So I got other people who thought this way too, and we began a revolution! About six (6) years ago (2013), we began this revaluation, we now call a design and construction company as Spartans Designs Consultants.

Today, it is called ENCIVIL ENGINEERING LIMITED. Since 2013, we have been actively engaged in providing professional and reliable building and construction services in Lagos and Nigeria. We are one of the fastest-growing construction companies in Nigeria.
